Would you consider New Orleans, Baton Rouge, or Louisiana in General to be a Homophobic Place?

New Orleans is the opposite of homophobic. New Orleans might have, on a percentage basis, the most GLBT people other that San Francisco. Tulane is very open to all and has an active GLBT organization. I cannot comment on the other areas you mention, except to say that Northern Louisiana is very different than Southern Louisiana, almost like 2 different states. New Orleans is, of course, in the very southern part of the state.
