NCAA 12 vs. Madden 12?

I've ordered NCAA12, although Madden has made significant improvements to the superstar and franchise modes. There are flaws in the team rosters in college game and little has been updated on the dynasty mode in the NCAA but if you haven't played NCAA for a while that won't be an issue.
