LSU vs University of New Orleans?

Which university would be better for an education in business/hospitality? Would it be better to move to Louisiana for a year to become a resident while working (I am from Chicago) or should I just pay the out of state tuition? What degree would be best to get for opening a resort? Is it a waste to get an education for this job?
