Can you change conferences more than once in NCAA football 10?

I have a dynasty going with U L Lafayette, and after a year or so of crushing the sun belt got an offer to play in the C-USA. I accepted and have won the national title every year and gone undefeated in that conference for five years or so, and still no offers to go to another conference. Will I ever get one?
