Making college kids stay for 3 years (like MLB) would create a MUCH higher level of play for both NCAA and NBA?

Sure, it's good for the NBA, it's good for the colleges, it's good for the NCAA, it's great for TV... really, the only people who would get screwed in that kind of a deal is the kids themselves. They're working and making millions of dollars for their coach and their university, and not getting any of the money themselves. If a kid gets injured and can't make it in the NBA, or loses out on millions of dollars because his abilities are diminished.... well, too bad.
