What study abroad scholarship fits my situation?

I am currently a Mechanical Engineering sophomore at LSU with an Electrical and Computer engineering+ Math minor. I make rather good grades (currently have a 3.75) and I have pretty high goals. I plan on pursuing an advanced degree in microsystems. In the LSU honors college we're required to write a thesis in our senior year. I plan on spending my last summer and fall in a lab in Germany actively researching while taking 9-12 hours of class and working on my thesis. By the time I graduate I will have been at LSU for 5.5 years and my scholarships will have expired. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good scholarships I should apply for. I already have a few in mind: Goldwater and Rotary mainly; but I imagine there are probably lots of others which I haven't heard about. Thanks in advance.
