Should I transfer to LSU?

I currently go to McNeese state in Lake Charles, LA and will be a junior in august. My grade point average isn't great as of right now (2.55). I've been thinking about transferring to LSU. Is it a good idea? They will only accept 30 hours from my transcript. Is it worth it? My major is accounting and I want to receive a degree in accounting from LSU.
