How do i find a non-sales job?!?!?

I just graduated with a degree in business management from LSU. I've been looking for jobs for a couple of months now, but all I can find are sales jobs! I don't want to sell anything to anyone or work on comission. I want to get paid to do actual work! How can I find these jobs?? I've tried monster, craigslist, career builder, linkedin and more.. does anyone have any more suggestions?!? I really appreciate your help if you can help me find a job.
