At&t auttomatically adding data plans to iphone users?

AT&T states that all smartphone must have a data plan no exception/ Which i think is BS. And as soon as you put your sim in and turn it on, it broadcast the phones code to tell AT&T's computers what kind of phone you have even if it is jailbroken. And they will add the data plan back on your account. This time you might not get them to remove it so be careful.
